Roster limit for next year (25/26)

If we project the current roster to next year and assume we only add the 4 new recruits, subtract all the seniors and grad students (so no 5th years) and say no transfers in or out, the roster for next year would be at 33. With the new guidelines, the limit would be 30. Does this mean we have...
