under whelming recruiting class so far?

Perhaps another way to look at is - How in the heck does a 4-8 2017 team have the 25th rated recruiting class at this point in the cycle? I'm thinking the staff has a plan and is executing to that plan. Not sure I have enough information to ring alarm bells yet... I think we need to let the...
