but i like the way it was done back when i was a student 2002-2007. Tickets are made available starting Monday, once they're gone, they're gone. So, if you really wanted them you did what it took.
I'm not sold that this year will be some magical season; it's just simply the state fan in me.We should beat Memphis with no problem, but the next two games( Auburn and LSU) could be horrible, especially Auburn since so many people have that game as a sure 'W'.
If we go into the La Tech game...
Stop trying to 17ing force nicknames and traditions on all things MSU. Nicknames happen spontaneously, not 30 months in advance. The swamp got its name from an interview Spurrier did about how the swamp is where gators live. The Big House got it's name because at a time, it was the largest...
The problem here is not Harrison, but the NFL and its players union who have no control over their employees, not players, theses guys are employees. Take any one of us, if we got on some public forum and ripped our boss and co-workers, there would be hell to pay and depending on where we work...
What are two things or players that have to improve this year on our football team?
1a) o-line
1b) o-line depth
2) special teams as a whole. Not only were we poor at covering kickoffs, but we also didn't make very many plays on kick and punt returns. I'm not talking scoring TD's every time...
WE HAVE A ****** STADIUM DESIGN. There we all know it now. But there is nothing we can do about it. Just to add seats to make our stadium appear as a "big boy stadium" on tv is asinine.
To shed my wool here for a second, but we as a team don't exactly play like a big boy team on tv that often...
But I think expansion should be based on ticket sales. I know we had a waiting list for this season, I don't know the number but I doubt it was/is big enough to require a 7,000 expansion. Also, campus enrollment is a factor. If we get to 25k students on campus it would be a must at that point.
I'm bored. What other university would you have attened if State was not an option
I would have gone to Texas A&M. The Aggies were actually on my short list of schools. The reason was obvious, the traditions are what A&M one of the best schools in the country.
