Football GAMEDAY THREAD: Rutgers Football versus Northwestern

exactly ! nW doesn’t have 25 points better in a half talent than RU! In fact I’d bet our HS ranking have been significantly better than theirs over last 3 years. The biggest difference is they have a top third in conference QB, we have the worst or second to worst. and they have a creative...

Football GAMEDAY THREAD: Rutgers Football versus Northwestern

Ian strong draft stock has TANKED . So whatever one time payment he got (that RU had money to match or come close) , he’s now lost . While Duff is a top 3 WR and climbing the first round boards

Surace accuracy + lack of mobility is an offensive drive killer

Football GAMEDAY THREAD: Rutgers Football versus Northwestern

I hate calling out players. But since the first qtr of the umasss game. It was so painfully obvious he can’t be in the field. But yet here we are in game 7

Football GAMEDAY THREAD: Rutgers Football versus Northwestern

Boils my blood when media keeps the narrative of “RU should be kicked out “ , “nobody cares about RU in NJ/NYC”. We continue to get really good crowds for bball and football. Regardless of decades of poor results. While MD and NW are a joke for attendance and interest .

Basketball Rutgers Basketball falls to St. John’s in 4OT exhibition marathon

Would be a lot cooler of these two games were regualr season out of conference games

Football Rutgers Football HC Greg Schiano's Indiana Postgame Press Conference

yes all that is true and always been a flaw with Greg. But his calling card was defense. And for the last two seasons we have the worst defense amongst FBS teams. To make matters worse (and impossible to recover from) , it appears literally zero coaches who are worth having want to work for...

Podcast Rutgers Was Completely Outclassed by Indiana | Postgame Show

Apathy. Lifeless. Hopeless. Those are more or less the vibe of the program for last two years now. losing lots of existing fans. No appeal to current generation. Very deep lasting , Ash like damage occurring by the week at this point

Podcast Rutgers Was Completely Outclassed by Indiana | Postgame Show

Defense IS worse than last year. That’s unfortunately very easy to see with the eye test. coaching staff has made this program so unwatchable. No imagination. Terrified to even return kicks . Continually showing absolutely zero hope against any top 25 team. Not even a minute of “oh maybe “

OT: Why Ryan family poured $862 million into Northwestern football: 'Never seen a stadium like this before'

Fourth qtr starts. They are whooping Penn st and 80% of the NW “fans” are gone. Insane behavior

OT: Why Ryan family poured $862 million into Northwestern football: 'Never seen a stadium like this before'

Is anyone else kinda miffed and annoyed at all the hype NW is getting for building a smaller stadium ?! And it’s still not even sold out for the opener vs a ranked team ?! NW fanbase sucks far worse than RU or MD. Their program has seen much darker and longer periods than RU. But somehow RU is...

    Smallest crowd in 25 years

The lack of fan interest and support is as important as a marker as winning. And right now Schiano has neither. fan interest has been dramatically sliding since the inaugural big ten season. We can’t continue to lose generations of potential fans . Win or lose you have to capture and retain...

Football Field Suites are coming to Rutgers Football, SHI Stadium

It’s a good idea. The north end zone is perfect for it and has lots of space for it. I’d imagine it’s significantly cheaper than building something up somewhere else. The view definitely sucks but most people in those aren’t as engaged in the game as regular fans. It’s more about hosting...

    Josiah Sturdivant decommits from RU

Who even cares about HS recruiting anymore !? Nobody stays more than 2 years at a school. Our program retains like 20% or less of HS classes after 3 years is guess
