Yeah, I think the committee doesn't really give a lot of consideration to the 16-1 and 15-2 matchups, and just kind of assumes that if the 1's and 2's can't get out of the first round, that's on them. Or they really do want to see a 16 win. Or something. Who knows what those guys are thinking.

Wait, that sounds like Rock Paper Scissors. Michigan can beat Notre Dame theoretically, but couldn't beat SFA, who couldn't beat Notre Dame.

Oh, and Pat Forde had a good article how the committee screwed up really badly by placing MTSU as a 15 seed against the top 2 seed. Less respect for CUSA than it deserved, even after the exodus. One more realignment and they'll be giving CUSA's winner a 17 seed.

Take it from someone who filled out all their brackets a half hour before the games started...I would not have picked Cal over Hawaii in any of them had I known their star player fractured his hand and was out. That was announced like half an hour after the games started and picks were locked...

Anyone in the Bay Area tomorrow night?

Just a couple blocks from BART! To be fair, I drove and was coming from the other direction, no traffic that way. Even found a parking spot right across the street. Hopefully we'll be back again this time next year. I'll go into the city if we are.

Can't believe nobody else made it! That said, just watching the game and not following any game threads or Twitter was a nice change of pace. Disappointed we lost, but was really an exciting game and we obviously had a chance. Feels a lot different than watching that UCLA game a few years ago...

Thanks, been on an assignment for the last couple years that kind of takes up a lot of my time. However, I'll be off pretty much all of March now, so I'd say it has worked out nicely for the next couple weeks. By the way, doing this exercise against other bubble teams is like shooting fish in a...

    With Uconn crushing Smoo

If I had to pick one of the last two games to win I think I would lean Cincinatti since UConn looks to be in that 4/5 game in Hartford... Posted from Rivals Mobile
