Never used to be but things went downhill into 50. Had serious knee issues and stopped exercising as much. Didn't really pay much attention to it until all of a sudden I had gained like 40 lbs.
For 99 percent of teachers, this is actually better than the old system where it was based on percent of premium. I'd rather have my payment go up with my salary than be subject to the whims of premium hikes whether my pay goes up or not.
So baseball ended up decent! Middle of the pack big ten, very competitive.
