    To pile on... The two largest schools in B by boys enrollment (2023-24) are South Sioux City (438) and Ralston (428). They went a combined 4-42 (Ralston 4-19, SSC 0-23). Ralston won a 45-44 pillow fight at home against SSC. Other Ralston wins were 73-57 at home against B Nebraska City...

    District final traveling protocol

    I like it. Treat it like the NCAA tournament where you have designated regional sites and the higher seed in the matchup gets less travel. Would be fun to have intermixing of classes at one of those locations.

    Agree. All depends on district sizes, which will determine the freedom teams have to schedule other games. You see it in A with the poor-performing teams scheduling each other for non-district games, and I think it gives those students a sense of hope that they can accomplish something...

    Basketball Classifications

    Football is the only sport in which the NSAA sets the regular season schedules. Teams can schedule whomever in the other sports, so the NSAA can do the assignments later and use enrollment data more relevant to the activity.

    Exactly what you described. They have a playmaker at WR and the QB is above average, but the RB isn't like what they've had in past years. Defense is solid, too. I would say bottom of the Top 10 in B, chance to make the quarterfinals and maybe the semis with a favorable matchup and breaks...
