    I thought that it was a great effort tonight. NCAA hopes ended with Berry’s injury, but the team still showed it can compete and not get blown out of the building in a tough road environment.

    It could be recency bias, but to me this season is second to the 1995 Rose Bowl when it comes to “amazing.” I was expecting a 2-10 season filled with lots of blowout losses and had very dim hopes for the future of the program. It remains to be seen how well he can recruit talent, but I have...

    Hmm—I don’t think that we have ever been a “big time” program. And I don’t expect that we ever will be one. The upsets and occasional good seasons are more fun when there are zero expectations around the program.
