    just watched the sports on WLOX 13 (Biloxi) and they showed clip of J. Powe at pro day. They showed him do vertical jump where you hit the little sticks with your hand, the trainer didnt have to readjust the sticks after his attempt because he didnt event touch them. hopefully WLOX will post...
