    Top Big Ten teams have winning conference records and are capable of selling out their home stadiums. Rutgers isn’t there yet, but this coming season could be a step in the right direction.

    Clearly they need to go lower given the many thousands of empty seats we see for most home games. There won’t be Ohio State, Penn State and Michigan fans buying up seats this year so attendance could be really bad unless RU goes on a 2006-type run.
