    Lino Mark

It’s a goal but not an expectation. Winning record is the expectation, unless people pony up to get some players in here.

    Lino Mark

Need to keep Lino and Francis. Need To show Lino he is valued and wanted. Both are much better now than in the beginning of the year. Need to keep as many kids as we can because they are still developing. Then add a true Center from the portal, and other help as needed. We can have a...

    I've never

Come on, Skoolie. Look at the roster. Good reason we’re not a Winning program. At the beginning of the season, I was thinking this was a 10 Win roster, at worst. I’ll sign up for 13 Wins right now. Let’s get as many wins as we can. Keep most of the kids, add more help, and we can be a...

Need 14M in rev share & NIL for a competitive roster

You can’t take the normal roster payout and apply it to Rutgers, because we can’t recruit like most other schools. You pay according to the talent onhand. Jamichael certainly isn’t the 2nd best player on the roster. Till date, a $2.5M Center hasn’t been willing to come to Rutgers, so the...

    Rutgers Athletics Deficit Hits Record

The previous President came out and said Rutgers will never break even on Athletics, so every year the Academic side will cut the Athletics side a check to cover any deficits. He didn’t seem overly concerned. Athletics is a loss leader for the University, and the front porch to the world.

    OT: RIP Produce Pete

RIP Produce Pete. Pete was from my town, and his daughter, Cheryl, was in drama club with me, in high school. They had a modest produce shop, Napolitano’s Produce, which we’d visit from time to time. Good People.

Have to be patient during the Rebuild

We’re a team of complementary players. We need alpha males who can take charge and score consistently. We don’t have money to do a full replacement of players. We’re going to develop the players we do have, then later add major pieces from the portal.

    Wins aren’t important this year

Big risks that didn’t work out. Much like Tariq Francis and Buchanan this year.

    Wins aren’t important this year

We took big risks in the bargain bin because we didn’t have enough NIL. They just didn’t work out the way we’d hoped. Maryland had a real budget and got real contributors.

    Wins aren’t important this year

We have no choice. We just got blown out By Seton Hall, losing by 22 and giving up 81. We’re in deep 💩. Delaware State is the only sure win I see. We’re going to have to scratch and claw for others. The big 10 gauntlet is going to be vicious. As long as we can show growth, hopefully we’ll...

Football Parking Donation Requirements Must Increase

I don’t know why it so hard for you to understand that Rutgers refused this proposal because it’s outside their business process. The rules are clear. June 30th Deadline for the following season. They considered the proposal and refused it. Your anecdotes are irrelevant here, because the...

Football Parking Donation Requirements Must Increase

No it wasn’t dumb, because You obviously don’t understand how things work. How hard is it for people to Follow the process? It’s in place for a reason. He can get credit in a couple of years when he takes the RMD, if he wants. There’s no Athletic Department in the country that’s going to...

Football Parking Donation Requirements Must Increase

Things have changed from the first draft. Not raising the minimums anymore, due to the concern of falling demand.
