    Grateful Dead played the RAC in May of 1983, I believe. I saw Bob Weir at the Rutgers Student Center and Jerry Garcia Band at the Livingston College Gym.

    That's how I read it too. All that aside, I always enjoy reading these threads because you gain insight into what some of the issues are at Rutgers. Always good to hear from the actual prospective students and families going through the process.

    It was just an off-the cuff comment about a 1970s style mustache. I guess my initial comment would be considered "weird" if he hadn't already been asked about it and joked about it earlier in the season.

    He was an interesting guy. He was an incredible character who was killed off very early on in the show who didn’t reap the rewards that the others did as the show’s legend grew.

    It’s that City collection crap. These are better than the Wrigleyville ones before but I hate when they’re not in the classic pinstripes on Friday afternoons. As Kay said, reminds you of the Expos.

    i came across that and it was a really good listen. He had some great stories. He definitely should write a book in retirement if hasn't already done so.
