    I was shocked to hear my Uber driver’s daughter attends STL from Brookfield. Didn’t realize they were pulling from that area. She says there’s about 10 of them, and none of them are for sports. Just really smart girls who saw value in the education, and apparently STL offers tuition discounts...

    I think this was already said, but ESL uniforms like the all orange or all blue are great. And helmets are always on point, but not a fan of the single E ST look. Btw, how did this Fenwick team lose to CC?

    Was it? I need to go back and take a screen shot. Was a fumble/touchback ever a possibility? I fear no one wants to make a major call like that in a state final game and rather opt for the kids to play it out.

    It sucks for ESL. That commute is brutal, and was on the road the last week too. While very inconvenient, and the IHSA should of had a backup plan in place… I don’t think SF or PC will be hurting with parents/family/friends/students supporting their team, no matter what the time or day. Same...

    SCC is great. The support from the community/schools/all southside. Can’t beat it!! All schools benefit. Now, I’d love to see some of these schools get their programs back up and running solo (Linus, CK). Martin has done a fantastic job, amazing family. I see Rita and StL flags everywhere.

    Do H.S. game day programs still list the schools where the kids came from/played at? Man, I love the southside and the SCC! I’d be curious how Caj, MHR, Christina, etc. make up the local H.S. rosters. I didn’t realize SJF’s BR representation is the lowest.
