The players that can score and also defend need to get most of the playing time for Rutgers to achiieve a winning season.There is very little time for player development because Pikiell must show success against B1G Ten competition.

The Spurs players have shown poor fourth quarter performances against the Knicks.Maybe its inexperience or more likely they are tired .

The Knicks played horrible basketball in the first half and the Spurs were just as bad in the second half. It comes down to making shots and the Spurs seem to get tired in the fourth quarter.Rght now I see the Knicks winning the NBA Championship in the sixth game at MSG.

Bottom line Pikiell can't play favorites because a winning season is a absolute must for his tenure at Rutgers.Improvement in rebounding,defense and coaching a half.court offense will tell the story about team success.

I wish Rutgers had at least one team that could successfully compete at the highest level of college athletics.Being a member of the B1G Ten hasn't improved their perception in NJ or nationwide.

Attendance would be higher if both teams over achieved in games prior to their matchup.

The Liberty team is having a slow start with a 3-3 record.Dallas had a lopsided win yesterday with former UConn star players Bueckers and Fudd both scoring 24 points.

The roster is nearly complete but there has been little mention regarding the coaching staff.Rutgers half court offense needs a major improvement and with the same coaching staff, I have doubts there will be noticeable improvement.Iso NBA type offense doesn't work with Rutgers talent level.

Syracuse probably still plays zone defense which Rutgers iso half court offense will have a hard time scoring against.

Its too soon to determine if the mens basketball team will even achieve a winning season because there are so many new players.

The Knicks are usually slow starters but strong finishers.Brunson is the difference makker at crunch time.Look forward to Knicks versus the Spurs in the NBA Finals.
