    Perish the thought but there may come a time when some posters who shall remain unnamed, may almost have to admit that the Mets did rather well for themselves at the trade deadline.

    It's pretty incredible that after trading away pretty much the entire bullpen their is already a pretty solid one in place. Granted a pretty small sample size.

    Athan Kaliakmanis - 2026 Preseason

    Played the entire 2nd half after the first series. Did well in his first game action. 6-10 for 87 yards. 2 of the incompletions were dropped. Still goes into a shell at the 1st hint of pressure and cant escape at all, (sacked twice) but a very good showing overall.

    I agree that it seems odd not seeing Amick anywhere on that list. And at his current trajectory I would expect to see Voit before 2028. If only as a short term callup.

    I get all of the concerns. Believe me I do. But as someone who consumes as many True Crime type shows as I can( See No Evil, Text Me When You Get Home, Your Worst Nightmare etc) I also think of how many lives could have been saved. Now if they could only do something about protective orders and...
