    I agree. If I see the Bears play in Indiana I would stay and eat in Chicago and just to to Indiana for game day. Back to Chicago right after. Not much different than what many fans do for Giants/Jets games and NYC.

    I don't think anyone is arguing that Chicago is a well run city but these are interesting insights. Also agree that the Met Life is "soul-less". The architects for that billion dollar nondescript stadium should never get another job. Its an eyesore.

    Its nothingburger at the end of the day but makes for nice headlines in the media so they can sell to eyeballs. Like you said, teams gonna go with whoever gives them the biggest handout. If Indiana taxpayers want to foot the bill good for them. Just like all the examples you provided.

    Not unreasonable but the big wildcard is whether Pikiell can coach that acquired talent to produce within a year. Today once more sure how doubtful that is.
