    Dylan and Ace weren’t the issue last season. Without them the team would’ve been the bottom of the league. The supporting cast are end of the the bench players on any other Big 10 team.

    It's about finding the right balance. Most teams play an 8-9 man rotation, defense first or not. We have enough players barring a "black swan" rash of injuries. Hey but if we can find a player that's either additive or willing to sit like a walk on and only play in an emergency I'm all for it.

    I prefer quality over quantity. Last year we had quantity but not quality surrounding Ace and Dylan and we saw what happened. Pike never settled on a core rotation and was playing 11 players up until the very end. I'd rather Pike be selective picking up a player that's truly additive rather than...
