    FB Recruiting Rutgers Football lands 2026 Virginia DB Brandon Murray

    Helps to have so many players in the defensive backfield get drafted or sign UDFA contracts. Means the development is there to get to the league (especially against the offenses in the BIG). With the departures there is also a path to the field.

    Re the tampering - per Richie O Rutgers is behind the times. Makes me wonder how much of this is a mutual parting of ways. RU needs guys at 100% and has to trim the roster. Maybe a LB in the portal?
