    In a victory formation and the refs are told he is taking a knee, the quarterback is not allowed to run around back there and burn clock because the defense does not have the opportunity to chase him

    The quarterback should've immediately taken a knee. Even with the hesitation, the referee should allow the play to stand and warned him if you don't immediately take a knee the next time I'm calling you for delay a game. The referee decided the outcome of this game.

    And talk about what, choking? Mike O'Neil had far more talent at St Laurence in the 1980s than Mount Carmel had in the 1990s and had absolutely nothing to show for it.

    The property is now Good Shepherd cemetery just south of 159th St. That was to be the location for Leo West which was to be a co-Ed school. It would have done incredible damage to Providence and later Marist. The Sheehy family from the Sheehy funeral home and Tim McCarthy the Orland Park police...

    There were plans to renovate old Saint Rita but they got wind that Leo was going to be acquiring Quigley and they knew that would spell doom for Saint Rita. They managed to get enough money together in enough time to buy Quigley so Leo wouldn't get it.

    It’s only been one year, but the new Providence head coach showed they are back. They belong back in the blue as they were a part of for many years. Where they’re placed now makes no sense at all.
