    Yes. Hiring a successful assistant as HC compared to hiring successful HC as HC are worlds apart on the risk ladder.

    You appear to have your head stuck in the sand. A HC without previous HC experience needs to be scrutinized very carefully. She is falling short in a number of areas. I won't call her a failure at this point, but we should be on high alert.

    Having an unguarded player near the FF line and not even considering a shot is a killer and it happened several times. That's the equivalent of only having 4 players on the court.

    A poorly designed/executed offense results in random/forced/panic passes. Those don't usually end well.

    I discussed his clock management with a poster last year who was claiming it was a thing of the past. I said it still exists and it does-right to the present.
