    So Nike intended to pay all or part of its offer to Penn State in Nike stock? Who knew? Maybe Kraft ought to take a turn at managing Penn State's endowment. FWIW, Nike's earnings and cash flow are roughly 4.5 to 5 times those of Adidas.
