    I’m not a lawyer. But my understanding is that if you are in the vehicle drunk, and you have control of the vehicle (for example sitting behind the wheel with it running), that’s all you need to be convicted of OWI.

    Standard package with upper level seats and double occupancy was about $7500. We got lower level seats in the middle of the arena for $10,090. All packages include “front row” seats for the final session, a VIP lounge with snacks and drinks, some meet and greet stuff, etc.
