    Morris wasn't eligible until second semester so late December 2019. Played some games and got hurt. CVS had a tournament ready team that year so heavy minutes by the top six. Then covid shut down the post season. Morris eventually transferred to Texas A&M. I think she is from Texas.

    It would be hard to pick five players from my 50 plus years of rooting for Rutgers, so I’ll list five players from when my friends and I first started watching the games from the first row under the basket as a freshman.     I believe the minimum number of games they need to have is 13. Should be OK.

    Paul Boris was from Irvington and played at Rutgers. I remember facing him in a summer league in the 70s, and he pitched a bit for the Twins. I don't know if he went to Our Lady of the Valley but the time frame is about right.

    RU hosting Wisconsin right now

    For me, Jordan Wallace has been by far the most pleasant surprise this year. Losing Carey, Harris and Jenkins I thought would leave a huge void in the post. Jordan really stepped up.

    Lafayette 1968 my Freshman year. We had a nice year in '68 but I do remember sitting in the rain watching us get shut out by Army. Quite a site with all the cadets in the stands in their raingear.
