    From what I saw last night, the problem was not that the team looked unprepared, it was that the team looked untalented. To fix that problem RU needs to recruit better. I don't get how firing the coach helps in that department.

    Being charged with a crime does not equate to a conviction. Being charged with a crime is an embarrassment to the team. If you don't want to be kicked off the team, don't put yourself in a position to be arrested. It was the right move.
