    Elgin Public was in the Goldenrod in the late 80's and early 90's. They joined the Niobrara Valley in either 94-95 or 95-96. I think they remained in the Niobrara Valley until the co-op with Pope John and EPPJ is still in the NVC. Sorry that I don't have the exact years.
