    I think a lot of conferences have gotten tougher. adding EB to the mix with Whiteville, South Columbus, St. Pauls, and Fairmont didnt make things any easier.     I am in no way a pinecrest fan... They play some dirty ball. Although in the case of scheduling. The way seeding the playoffs is set up, it's all about the wins. I love to see teams play a challenging schedule, but it could bite you in the butt come playoff time.

    I dont mind eating some crow if the right sauce is added. In saying that, St. Pauls has definitely been the big surprise. I give credit where credit is due. Looks like coach king has them going in a good direction. I hope my Devils can get back up to par this week against the Wolfies.

    South Rob had a strong jv team last year and most were freshman from what i was told. Has it not translated to the varsity level or do you guys think they need another year?

    I like a team that doesnt mind playing the "big boys." If they stay healthy, it will only make them a better team.

    Fairmont will be fine...They will get back into their stride. May not be the top team in the conference but they will be able to compete.
