    There is too many signs pointing to guilty for me to be able to overlook. I do not, however, have faith in others to reach the same conclusion. I think the best case is a hung jury and hope the state learns from mistakes and forms a better case.

    I threw mine in a pond last week. My fishing partner threw his in at the same time. Unfortunately, both of us were thrown into the pond with our phones. Managed to gather the one rod that fell out with me and the boat righted itself after spitting us out. Happily, both of our phones still worked.
