    4A West SemiFinal : #4 Dominion @ #1 Woodgrove, BLACK Friday @ 7PM

    After back to back playoff losses at Salem the woodgove coaches used that as motivation last couple years and to secure number 1 seed to finally host Salem (if Salem wins). Wood grove plays around with dominion in first half but wins by 3 scores.

    32 carries for 135 yards against Salem in the loss.... Did I mention 32 carries...should be another nail bitter 27-21 Salem

    4A West Round 2 #4 Dominion vs. #5 Amherst

    Amherst is average at best without qb1 by losing to a D2 and D3 team but apparently has heart to pull out few games along the way. Dominion looks pretty vanilla so this game is a toss up unless qb1 plays then Amherst pulls out fourth quarter win

    Salem defense best in state! Maybe best Salem defense ever? Yes some Salem defenses allowed fewer points but not against this competition.

    HS has been getting better last couple years so this is no surprise..big stage may be a problem but if they can settle into their gams plan they win

    Appomattox on an emotional roll but Clarke had the better and tougher matchup in semifinal..toss up goes to Appomattox
