    It's a slam dunk case for OWI. If you're intoxicated and sitting in the driver seat of a running car, that's enough to convict. Always has been. The car doesn't have to be moving.

    I don't mean to downplay the underlying issues for him, just from a legal standpoint, if he was trying to sleep it off, if he had gone in the back seat, he wouldn't be in trouble. Obviously, he needs to address whatever problems he has with alcohol in general first and foremost.

    I have a 23 Honda Accord, and I do need the fob in the car in order to start it, but it is a push button start, so there is no key to put in the ignition. I don't know if there are fancier cars that can run just on an app without a key at all.

    AJ's transgressions are far, far worse than JW's (AJ has been caught driving lethally multiple times without alcohol involved, JW was just passed out in a stationary running car...), and AJ is far more destructive to team chemistry, and people on here were still clamoring for him long after it...

    A lot of newer cars are keyless (push button start) now, so that rule is antiquated. I would guess that sitting in a running car would suffice since, in the days when all ignitions had keys, the car couldn't be running if the key weren't in the ignition.

    As a math & statistics professional, objectively, 82% chance PSU wins before the season even starts is probably fairly close to accurate. 82% is overwhelmingly likely in the statistics world, and it is very likely PSU wins. I'd probably guess the odds are closer to the 90% you originally quoted...

    You're not wrong about this. Ok St has clearly separated themselves from the rest of the pack as the #2 team in college wrestling, and they are dangerous. In any league, though, where the #2 team is 1-9 vs the #1 team still has a very large gap between #1 and the rest of the field.

    I worry about the scrambling the most with Ono. He's too quick and too powerful for getting out to be a huge issue IMO, but the scrambling in folk is definitely a different level than it is in free.
