    That won't happen anytime soon. McLaurin will have his choice of athletes in the county. The kids who don't want to attend Hoke, apply for the Early College. Those kids are still allowed to play Hoke and have transportation to the school for practice. ?Not enough money here for a charter yet...

    I'm sure that's coming soon. I know of schools that do the 8th grader signing day. This HS portal is more embarrassing than college in many ways. I know one QB that played at 3 schools in 4 years!

    No. It will be the same as most local coaches I would assume. Whoever gets it will have a huge challenge on their hands to change the culture of the entire school and community to build a consistent team that competes with 7A/8A football programs.
