OT: Why Ryan family poured $862 million into Northwestern football: 'Never seen a stadium like this before'

Think nw may have overpriced seats for this one. Those upper deck seats were face value at over 200.

Anybody planning on going to the Northwestern game?

I saw in article a few years ago that it's supposed to be 3000 allocated for away teams but that would be a lot for this building. There will be no bad seats in this place ,but I'm hoping the Rutgers allocation is in a good spot.

Anybody planning on going to the Northwestern game?

I will be there. Stadium looks like it's going to be great and will reshape how future college stadiums are built. I do expect $22 beers and expensive food in there. They look like they will have a block party style concourse/plaza outside the stadium for pregame festivities as well.

Football Rutgers Football names Dylan Lonergan starting quarterback for 2026 season

In the current landscape of college football it's no longer about developing QBs. So many programs have transfer QBs starting, including the last 6 Heisman winners. You play the guy that gives you the best chance to win. Although it's not a popular opinion, there is no loyalty in cfb anymore.

Basketball Francis, second-half defense powers Rutgers to Big Ten Tournament win

Half court defense has been so bad. Are we waiting until the last 5 minutes of the game to press? Really baffled by this.

Football Rutgers announces spring practice start date, no Scarlet-White game

Also have to imagine it was an event that we always lost a bunch of money on. No real benefit to it anymore.
