From what I’ve heard, every player on the team was tested at the same time. The fact that the 8 that came in contact are forced to quarantine is dumb in my opinion because they obviously tested negative or else they would have been counted in the positive list.

TU fired 47 people today across the university to save two and a half million dollars. For not great reasons, Tulsa needs to play a football season to get the tv money so they don’t have to do this again in a few months.

Last year was the highest it’s been ever. The Graham years put TU in a serious hole that got better during BB and even better under Montgomery. Since Montgomery got to TU midway through 14-15, every single TU football APR has been higher than it ever was before he got here.
With as conservative as the university has been through every step of this so far, I’d fully expect every player to get tested upon arrival. The only reason they wouldn’t is to save money but they’ve lost millions already. No need to save a couple thousand and risk safety.
I don’t think any of the coaches at TU are the type to embarrass the university By saying ridiculous stuff. But the pressure is on Montgomery to say the right things all the time more than some other sports. And say what you will, he hits the nail on the head each time.
