    The difference in enthusiasm

It’s only a difference in expectations. Football being ranked at all is considered good. Basketball being outside the top 10 and anything less than final four is considered failure. Different expectations is the only difference there is and we as fans cause that.

    Mitchell Not Coming to UK

Why would we eat Crow when it was happening? We can’t control the rulings and the conference interference. You just look for negativity anywhere you can. Some things are out of our control and it is what it is at that point.

    All times wins

Kansas roster is a 12-13 loss season IMO. They are at best a 5/6 seed caliber team. Fringe top 25-30.

    Number 1 transfer class now

I agree, a 1-3 seed and elite 8 should be the floor for this roster. Anything less would be underperforming. We have a top 5 starting lineup and top 5 bench IMO, the only downside is there are 6 or so other stacked rosters whereas in a typical year there isn’t. Several teams with loaded teams...

Top potential prospects for scholarship #15?

You can have more than 15 though and make Zyon Hawthorne a designated student athlete.

3 to watch are definitely Koivun, Blades Brown and Miles Russel. Miles a bit younger but all 3 are sure fire top golfers over the next couple decades barring injuries.

    Been some rumblings

In that scenario, I’d run McBride at the 5, N'Diaye at the 4, and Mom at the 3. Small detail, but McBride has the strength to handle the 5 despite being undersized. For 6 to 8 minute stretches against anyone outside of Florida's size, that frontcourt would hold up fine and it would be an...

TBT: La Familia roster only has 6 former UK players

There were several teams that couldn't play this year due to contract restraints for overseas contracts. It is definitely a thing. I understand only current NBA players "can't" play but I promise you majority of our former players can't play or they would.

TBT: La Familia roster only has 6 former UK players

What a comical post. The reason you don't see more is because most of our former players still young enough to contribute are still playing professionally. Majority of their contracts do not allow them to play in something like this, has absolutely ZERO to do with "the current landscape" of the...

Yaxel, Wilkerson, Stokes, Kusturica, Spears Jr., Demary Jr., Mullins, Collins, Holt, Lanier, Dent, Wright, Lewis, Hall, Rippey...

My only point was every team misses on tons of recruits every year. Not just Pope, said nothing about coaching ability.

Kansas offered 44 players in 2026 and signed only 7. So they "whiffed" in 37 players. We only have an issue with it because we follow UK recruiting. Every coach and team misses way more than they hit, it is the nature of the game.

    Kerr Kriisa arrested by FBI

Funny how it’s not point shaving.

    If Kentucky misses on Kusturica.

I believe it was misconstrued. I believe it was guaranteed minutes per game and the restrictions were on workouts. Either way it doesn’t matter but the kid has game.
