    It did score more points per game than the "balanced" offense then.

    Good question dcov. Although, no one ever complained about the Defense during the Hoggard years, it was more of an issue imo. To answer the question Hoggards last 2 yrs the Def gave up 26 & 22 pts per game. Castellano's def gave up 18.5 a game both years.

    That is correct Mabe was between Shuler & Young. Castellano's record was 19-7 by the way not 15-5. Also for all those that complained about the Run first Offense under the prior staff they averaged 40 & 42 points during Hoggards last 2 years. Under Castellano's pass happy Offense the Raiders...
