    Who Changed the Rules...

...if a baseball game has passed the home half of the 5th inning and the home team is ahead, if the game is rained out, the home team wins. When did all this change? Is this just a college rule? SEC rule?

    Stans/Ray thread, my take

I was one of those who didn't want Rick fired! I know Rick well as a coach and a friend. Rick would not and has never done anything to undermine Rick Ray or Mississippi State. That being said, I was wrong in my assesment of the Rick Ray hire. I have admired what coach Ray has done this year...

Dear MSU network...NO baseball coverage in the Jackson, MS area

Also, with Apple Tv you can watch all the home games from your man cave!

    Apple TV

Apple TV works just as if you're watching Directv. Jaqueax...get Directv, you'll love the sports packages etc. I've watched every baseball game State has played in baseball this year with the exception of this past weekend as we were in the LFL.

You twits need to tweet Brewster

I totall agree with you good dawg. FSU is a mid level SEC team with dreams of yeaster year! Should FSU play Alabama, LSU, Georgia, Florida (which they usually lose too), State and Ole Miss each year...what games would they win? If they played State first they might win that one, but if they...

    Mullen and Upsets

As an old guy who has been around the block, here is my comment. State goes into the Alabama game with seven wins and no losses. The first drive the dawgs have to tie the game ends up with a blocked field goal. Bama then takes the ball, dirves it down our throats, and basically bursts our...

    From today's basketball presser...

Looks as most of you guys, including coach34 are getting just what you asked for. Fire Stans and we'll get this great national coach to take us to the promise land. How is that working for you?

    Baseball Attendance

We're going to see some very large crowds this year once the weather becomes more cooperative. I was amazed at the Friday night crowd in the rain. We stayed through the 4th, but got soaked and headed on out to watch it on Apple tv at the house.,

Even worse than B-U-N-T-I-N-G: Looking at Strike Three

What you're not taking into consideraton on a 2 - 0 count these days, the pitcher is usually in command of a good breaking ball while playing at this level, which is almost as good as AA baseball, and they aren't afraid to throw it in that situation, thus leading to quite a few middle of the...

For those that are concerned about our lack of offense in baseball....

Good pitching stops good hitting! Ask the Atlanta Braves who had Glavin, Maddox, Smoltz, etc., plus at least one or two long ball hitters! This team is a pitching team with a few good hitters! They have played five games and given up a total of three runs! Portland isn't a bad team at all!
