    A lot of writers Are really high on Arkansas This year. Auburn just added a pretty good veteran qb Thorne and a top wr out of Ohio state. a and m could be pretty good this year with Petrino at oc. so it could be harder than it seems.

    i think I saw last week where last years schedule was #5 and this years is #24 as per the Clarion, Stefan Krajisnik. It is a pretty favorable schedule compared to last year.

    Exactly. And if we won nine games last year, returning nearly the entire team with an easier schedule, it’s very reasonable to expect ten wins this year. Given it’s a rookie staff with a lot of question marks and an entirely different offense, makes it a little less likely we win ten games...

    i think this team would win 10 with the prior staff but like you said there are a lot of unknowns. There seems to be a huge difference in opinion between national analysts and local media as far as expectations.

    Well, we Beat the brakes off a & m and Arkansas last year, have a fourth year qb and a bunch of 4th and 5th year seniors returning on both sides of the ball. I don’t see how we don’t at least win 8 with 8 home games and no Georgia. the offensive scheme and coaching staff are superior to the one...

    To be honest, it looks like we are losing a lot of good young talent the prior staff brought in but have no ability to replace it. Going to be a rough patch in a couple of years. Hopefully they hang on to Seth Davis and the young dL. getting shut out of the in state 2024 class is a killer.

    brown offered by Tennessee, Purdue, IU, Pitt, Ole Miss, Northwestern, Missouri, Miami , Colorado, Kansas He wont easily be replaced. Our football recruiting right now is not looking good.

    brown was the best young receiving talent we had. Impressive offer list. I don’t see us replacing him talent wise in this class. just really disappointing. Hopsons brother is A talented recruit we probably can write off as well.
