    Pitching was a little wobbly there in the 8th, giving up 5 runs. But the Cards scored 3 of their own in the bottom of the 8th and held on 10-5 for the series win. Always nice to win the last home game of the season!

The Cards are currently 11th in the ACC standings and could pass Virginia (and possibly 3 other teams) in the standings with a sweep. Getting into the top 8 would give us a single round bye in the ACC tournament.
