Around here it’s Mudbugs and T’Beauxs for me. Rumor has it they use the same, or a very similar, recipe. Mudbugs owner’s ex-wife is kin to the T’Beauxs folks I believe.

When my brothers and I were little he’d take us on “vacation” from Brandon over to the hotel at the I-20 & Bailey Ave exit with the indoor pool. We’d swim all day and stay up late watching tv with a coke and a snickers.

Where do you live? I live at the Rez and have used Swann’s quite a bit over the years. They are reasonable, IMO. I think Guns & Gear in Gluckstadt does some minor gun smithing. As mentioned above, Billy Tierce in Utica is the best but anyone can do a trigger job.
