Sounds like your problem here is who is trying to help fix a broken system or that you like “student” athletes jumping from school to school to get paid by the highest bidder. Think most people would agree, though, that the present system is broken and needs to be fixed.

Athletes should be able to transfer just like any student. However, educational institutions should also have the right to determine if the athlete needs to sit out a year. Difference between academics and athletics is one is educational and one is extracurricular.
