    OT: Looking for a new grill

    If you use indirect heat to cook, check out Holland grills. Only one burner that is either ON or OFF. No flare ups, has the ability to pour in beer or apple juice to steam. They have an optional side seat burner that adds a little more flexibility. Not for everyone but they will last a lifetime.
