    I thought I've lived in Florida a while, but you've been here a spell if you were here for vehicle inspections. Didn't that end in the early 80s? Emissions testing lasted for a bit after that. Early 2000s maybe.

    Not a PA resident anymore, but im pretty certain it applies only to rebuilt vehicles that have an R title. Nobody is failing inspection for a door dent on a 2022 Toyota.
