    Not saying there are not good coaches in the east as there are plenty. I did give Wallace and Keenan their just due. The teams I mentioned could do better by utilizing the team speed. That is the issue.

    Lot of eastern teams' coaches refuse to get better as coaches. They settle into the same thing they did, or the previous coach did, 10-15 years ago.
