An Honest Question From An Outsider On Calipari...

This. The inflexibility of Cal. That is all. I like Cal as a person. I think he genuinely wants his players to succeed and advance. Yet, he cannot for some reason see his inflexibility as a liability to their success. Multiple NBA first-rounders are not found on consistently struggling teams...

What does John Calipari and the Los Angeles Lakers have in common?

In regards to the NBA... there is the illegal defense of staying inside the restricted area for 3 seconds if you are not actively guarding an opponent. That rule kind of negates a zone. Obviously NCAA doesn't have that rule, and Cal should be more open to utilizing zone D to win ball games.

    AP Poll...Cats #8

I think this ranking is fair. We have more losses than any of the teams 1-7. I'm still hoping for some of those to drop another game, and the Cats winning out.

    Blackshear vs. Richards

Better bet the House that Blackshear will be protected the whole game, and allowed to dominate... Hoping this is a jinx.

Best guard in the country man or woman

I have watched several of her games this season. It was just luck, I came across it one night bored. I am now a huge fan of hers. No, its not exactly the same as the men's game, but I would dare say she would start on many men's teams. She is great, and a real treat to watch play. She commands...

Last week's Vandy game I was so looking forward

We are certainly due for a dominating win. However, given the history of this season so far, its probably safe to say that we won't pull away at all or if we do it will be so late in the game that you are already suffering from an arrhythmia and high blood pressure accompanied by a pounding head...

Cal- “They put their head down, and they just go. We were trying to do the same without the same.”

I'm not downplaying our deficiencies as team at all. Cal said it, everyone under-performed that game. It should be okay to critique officiating (not bash them or threaten them.) We didn't just turn in to a foul happy team overnight. Cal says he coaches them to not foul and I believe that. So...

When does one and done end and...

I think you will still see some players leave after one year even if the NBA starts to allow recruits straight from HS again, there will be some that need that one extra year to hone their craft like Tyler Herro. Those will be Kentucky's next targets along with a few 3 year players. The 4 year...

Never seen a bigger screw job by the refs

I do believe there to be a genuine official shortage. First, its a hard job. Second, you are constantly under the microscope. Third, I'm not quite sure what the pay is, but I bet its not enough to entice good officials to stay.
