    I try to abstain from politics, and I have not believed anything about what is being sold for the reason of the war, but this little snippet from Victor Davis Hanson is pretty thoughtful. I know he leans heavy right, but he's well respected in academia and as a historian. Worth a look

    I operate several diesels in starkville. I watched the price go up over 50% this WEEK. I can't quite figure why the spike for diesel while gas has gone up about 25%

    My doc put me on Trazadone. I would take 2, to little effect. I tried 4,and tye next morning, my equilibrium was SCREWED for hours. Turns out 3 was just right. It's mentioned in Attia's Outlive book. Especially in the summer, I have real trouble staying asleep. I use sleep aids when I'm way...
