    Varina also plays Grimsley from NC who has won multiple titles in a row in North Carolina. Varina gave them a very close game last year down in North Carolina. I saw film of that game and was very impressed by the Varina QB. Does he return this year or did he graduate?

    On the North Carolina site they are saying Green Run is now on the Hough schedule. Hough finally won the NC state title last year after many deep but unsuccessful playoffs runs and they are absolutely loaded and a strong favorite to repeat in NC 8A classification.
