    Laney is a talent rich environment. Little did a good job of keeping talent at the school which had become a huge issue. He had a winning record at Laney and has turned the program in the right direction. They need a strong hire to keep the momentum moving forward. Good luck to Coach Little.

    Fuller has done a great job with NH defense over the years. I do not know who will be calling plays on offense but their defense will always be prepared.

    I said it is a concern. Most coaches know how important it is in having a great staff. If the current staff is trash and they will not leave many HC may pass on the job. It is simply a fact.

    From my understanding, a big concern is NH Co regulation with assistant coaches/teachers. They will not force any of those coaches out if they are teaching. Coach little at Laney has the same assistant coaches as the previous HC. Hard for a new HC to come in and can not bring any staff with him.
