    I saw that called on Baylor, I thought last week against Tech, but maybe it was the game against WVU last year. Baylor cheats. So the fact that they got called for 200 plus in penalties last season in Morgantown, did not hurt my feelings. Same thing in the Cotton Bowl against Michigan State...

    The roughing the passer call wasn't because of the initial hit, but because after the release, he drove him to the ground and the quarterback hit the back of his head on the ground. That won't get called 50%, but it will be called some. But the Mountaineers got some breaks from officials too...
