    I don't know too much about Vizzina, but he could be a case of looking great in practice but not doing so well in actual games. That is not uncommon.

    Actually, we are the 8th ranked D in CFB right now. LSU is #1. MSSt has the #2 ranked O in CFB. Those things said, stats at this point mean pretty much nothing. We have played two high school level teams and MSSt has played one HS team and one mediocre B1G team.

    Yes, they are averaging 50 points a game and giving up only 13. They scored 38 against Minnesota, not a juggernaut, but a legit P4 team. They did what they were supposed to against La. Monroe, scored 62 points while giving up only 13, which were likely given up by backups.

    It turns out, we honored induction into a hall of fame that only exists online and only has three mascots in it, Cocky, Goldy Gopher and Cosmo (BYU). This is more pathetic than I thought.

    I really don't take anything away from the first two games. There are 5A high schools that would be better competition than Kent State and Towson. MSSt game will show if things have really changed.

    I have been surprised at how bad they have looked overall. From the end of the 2024 season, they have fallen off of a cliff. You really hate to see it...snicker.
