    rutgers can be iowa, if you remember iowa had 21 straight losing seasons going into the early 80's and Hayden Fry came on board and we were fortunate to recruit new jersey hard.We have had 2 coaches since 1979 and have run a similiar system for 30 some years.Iowa puts an emphasis on both sides...

    Bye Week = No Extra prep?

    i am surprised the Big 10 Conference would let one team have a bye week when the other team is playing on a short week.Huge advantage to Nebraska.If you play on Friday both teams should play the week before

    Must be nice to be Iowa

    Iowa played without 5 starters and to be honest have far fewer recruiting options as RU does but they play old fashioned punch you in the mouth football .Baylor probably would kill them but Iowa can olny play the games on their schedule.Nice to see Jersey boy Wadley tearing it up!
