    Lack of conditioning was a major factor in a lot of our injured players,also our young talent (JV) spent all of their time standing around in practice doing nothing . How can you build a program with this approach, it is very difficult to keep these young players motivated when they are not...

    You are so right, I watched the program start to take a bad turn last season, This year what a joke,,, I feel so sorry for those kids, definitely a lot better talent than 0and 10 on that football team. I can only hope that the powers that be can get this issue fixed ASAP.
